Important: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from MAGIC ZONE RETAIL. All return or exchange requests must be approved by our customer service team before processing.

Return Process Instructions

Step 1: Request Approval

Contact our customer care at 7706065959 or visit our store. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for approved requests.

Step 2: Pack Securely

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Include all accessories, tags, and the original invoice copy.

Step 3: Include Documentation

Place the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return slip inside the package.

Step 4: Return to Store

Bring the packaged item to our store address below. For shipping returns, use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Policy

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Original purchase receipt (invoice) is mandatory
  • The product must be unused and in original saleable condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected by our quality team. Approval is subject to product condition verification.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase
  • Exchange requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, tags, and components must be included
  • Exchange processing begins only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Original invoice must be presented

Price Difference for Exchanges

If the exchanged item differs in price from the original item:

  • If the new item costs more, the customer must pay the price difference before exchange
  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded or issued as store credit
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
Items with removed or tampered tags, labels, or packaging
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
Perishable goods, food items, or consumables
Products returned without prior approval or Return Authorization Number
Discounted or sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase/receipt with photos or videos as proof.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution which may include replacement, refund, or exchange at no additional cost to you.
